I’ve been trying to claim some Executive Club miles from British Airways for the last 3 months. I must have spend 2.5 hours on the phone at this point. I’ve talked to countless managers over there. I’ve even just now succeeded in getting Fatima to say ‘No, sir. Nobody would want to run a business this way. We have to make do with what we have.’ Who is this bitch, Donald Rumsfeld!?
I’m gonna get straight down to it – 100 bucks or pounds or whatever works for you, just get down there and slap the shit out of this bitch. I will pay you I swear I’m good for it.
I’ll need some documentation of course – cell phone photo or just a police report would be fine.
